Sea1 Offshore today announces that it intends to sign management agreements for six AHTS vessels owned by the Viking Supply Ships AB (publ.) group. The transfer of the vessel management to Sea1 Offshore is intended to be completed during the course of October 2024 and is subject to final documentation. The initiative is expected to result in substantial cost optimizing effects to the benefit of all shareholders.
